Natural Beachstone Pendant with Amethyst and Sterling Silver

This natural Lake Michigan Beachstone pendant has a faceted Amethyst set into it and the post bail, each of which I create by hand, is Sterling Silver. The surface of the beach stone is left completely natural (other than being thoroughly washed) to contrast the faceted stone. The beachstone jewelry is a directly connected to my love of breaking into rocks in search of geodes when I was a child. I suppose its my own effort to create what I was seldom able to find growing up in central Illinois.

The pendant is hand-fabricated by me - One of a Kind (in as much as every beach stone is unique, although I will set the same faceted stones into various beach stones).
Pendant is approximately 1-5/8" in height.

All of the beachstones I use are personally gathered by me along the shores of Lake Michigan, north of Chicago.
