Native Copper in Chrysocolla Designer Cut Cabochon; Designer Cabochons

This unusual cabochon shows exquisite veins of copper in black against a background of beautiful Blue Chrysocolla. It's truly stunning up close and in person. This rare natural material comes out of Indonesia. It does have minor natural pits in it, but this only adds to the organic nature of this cabochon and is typical of this material. This cabochon will definitely make a gorgeous one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry or a fantastic addition to any collection.

I cut this cab by hand and it's been highly polish both front and back with slightly beveled bottom edges for easy setting and to protect the integrity of the stone.

Note that all my photos were taken using full spectrum lighting, which does fairly well in replicating natural sunlight. However, almost all cut stones will look best and brightest in direct sunlight.
