This gorgeous specimen of Hyalite Opal from Mexico has wonderful tiny Fluorite inclusions and a strong florescence under UV lighting. It comes in a protective display box, as seen in the photos.

Note that all my photos were taken using full spectrum lighting, which does fairly well in replicating natural sunlight. However, almost all stones will look best and brightest in direct sunlight.
