This specimen consists of shining white scolecite crystals in clustered spray formations. It has a nice heft to it and stands solidly on its own. This will make an awesome addition to any mineral collection or a great decorator display specimen on a shelf or table!
A rare member of the zeolite-mineral group, Scolecite is a hydrous calcium aluminum silicate that crystallizes in thin, colorless-to-white, acicular crystals and radiating aggregates of thin crystals.
Metaphysical properties of scolecite include the promotion of inner peace, deep relaxation, and meditation. It is said to facilitate dream recall and restful sleep; and enhance the dream state.
