This astounding specimen is from Ojuela Mine in Mexico and displays well, with gorgeous sparkling green Cuprian Adamite on a highly contrasting dark matrix. Cuprian (Copper bearing) Adamite, also known as Cuproadamite is a variety of Adamite containing some copper, which gives it the distinctive green coloring. This specimen also fluoresces a bright green under UV lighting.
