This unusual and rare Turkish Rainforest Chrysoprase (aka Turkish Moganite) cabochon, with abstract patterns in gold and deep green, is definitely an eye-catcher. Some of the Green is also semi-transulcent. I've only recently come across this material, so I know little about it other than it originates from the Marmara region in northwest Turkey that straddles Europe and Asia across the Sea of Marmara. The color combinations are amazing and definitely reminiscent of a rainforest. Pictures really can't capture everything going on in this stone. This boldly patterned stone would be an outstanding inspiration for your next project or simply to add to your collection!

Each of my stones is handcut by me and highly polished on both sides with slightly beveled edges on the bottom for easy and safe setting.

Note that all my photos were taken using full spectrum lighting, which does fairly well in replicating natural sunlight. However, almost all cut stones will look best and brightest in direct sunlight.
