Turkish Stick Agate Polished Slab
This great slab of appropriately named "Stick Agate" from Turkey. Turkish Stick Agate is a rare form of agate from Turkey, known for its distinctive needle-like or "stick" formations within the stone, which are actually pseudomorphs of original aragonite crystals within the agate formation. There's also a pocket of druzy Quartz in the center of the slab. The central clear agate band in this piece also fluoresces bright green under UV lighting.
