This beautiful cabochon also displays some great "Birdseye" formations for which this material is known. From the Indonesian Island of Sumatra, this unique material is definitely Eye-Catching and captures an amazing piece of natural history. As the trunks of these trees were never found, it is thought that only the roots were preserved in this agatized form.
