This large sparkling Nipomo Marcasite cabochon, from rare material found in central California, has incredible gleaming metallic patterns of marcasite sitting in a translucent agate base. Difficult to photograph, it is truly a head-turning stone with a crackled mirror (or mercury glass) type look. If you’re looking for something unusual and special, this would definitely fit the bill.
