This Top Grade Golden Tiger Eye Cabochon has gorgeous bright Gold chatoyant bands which I've cut to be best when viewed from the front with the cab oriented point up. I've cut this cabochon with a medium high dome, girdled sides and a flat beveled back. This cab is ready to make a big bold statement in your next jewelry project! Note that the entire stone shows strong chatoyancy, depending upon the angle of viewing, as can be seen in the photos.

I cut this cab by hand and it's been polished both front and back with slightly beveled bottom edges for easy setting.
Note that all my photos were taken using full spectrum lighting, which does fairly well in replicating natural sunlight. However, almost all cut stones will look best and brightest in direct sunlight.
