Graveyard Point Plume Agate and Parti-Colored Sapphire and White Sapphire in Sterling Silver
Includes 16" sterling silver snake chain.
The pendant is hand-fabricated by me - One of a Kind.
Pendant is approximately 2-1/4" in height.
The Graveyard Point Plume Agate, which I cut by hand, in this Pendant has a translucent base with long well-defined plume around iron pyrite (also known as marcasite) inclusions creating nice sparkle. I've set this beautiful stone in sterling silver with an open back and accented it with a lab grown padparadscha sapphire on the top and a bright white sapphire (the white sapphire is a natural sapphire) at the bottom of the pendant. "Padparadscha" refers to the color of the sapphire and comes from the Sinhalese word for lotus blossom. The color of the padparadscha sapphire pulls out the rich orange hues shadowing the plume in the agate.
Note that all my photos were taken using full spectrum lighting, without any filter and the photos are unaltered, other than sizing them for Etsy.
