I cut this cab by hand and it's been polished both front and back with slightly rounded bottom edges for easy setting. Note that, due to the graininess of this material, it takes a more of a satin polish, rather than a mirror polish.
Note that all my photos were taken using full spectrum lighting, which does fairly well in replicating natural sunlight. However, almost all cut stones will look best and brightest in direct sunlight.
A variety of Zoisite found in Norway, Thulite derives its deep pink color from manganese and is named after the mythical region of Thule.
