This colorful cab of brilliant mediteranian blue Chrysocholla, bright green Malachite and reddish brown Cuprite is a rare and premium example of the aptly named Parrot’s Wing Chrysocolla or Parrot’s Wing Jasper from Mexico. This cabochon really created itself, as I had originally planned another shape, but as I trimmed and cut it, it seemed to form this shape, and I just let it happen -- with the result being stunning, looking as much as anything like a Monet masterpiece! From material that is getting much harder to find every year, this quality cabochon will definitely make a remarkable one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry!
