This highly domed cabochon of unusual Turkish Moganite, with abstract patterns of gold in a beautiful veined green background spotted with small black dendrites, is definitely an eye-catcher. Some of the Green is also semi-transulcent. I've only recently come across this material, so I know little about it other than it originates in Turkey, and I love the color combinations (though this material is referred to as "Rainforest Chrysoprase", it really bears little resemblance to true Chrysoprase and I wouldn't even call it Chalcedony). This boldly patterned stone would be an outstanding inspiration for your next project or simply to add to your collection!
